NESTMAN (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application and web services collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use the NESTMAN society management platform.

When you register and use NESTMAN, we may collect the following information:
Account Information: Full Name, Email Address, Password, Residency Designation (e.g., Resident, Tenant, President, Treasurer), Apartment Code, and Flat/Unit Number.
Society Financial Records: Dues payment status, payment receipts, and maintenance ledger records managed by your society committee.
Local Biometrics: If you choose to enable Fingerprint or Face ID login, biometric verification is handled strictly locally by your device’s operating system (iOS / Android). We do not collect, store, or transmit your biometric data to any external server.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely for society management operations, including: Authenticating user access to your specific apartment building portal via your unique Apartment Code. Generating resident maintenance status registries and society expense reports. Delivering push notifications and notices regarding society affairs, maintenance updates, and general meetings.
3. Data Sharing & Security
Private Society Access: Your registration and residency details are visible only to fellow registered residents and administrative committee members belonging to your exact Apartment Code.
No Third-Party Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or advertising networks.
Data Protection: We utilize Google Firebase’s secure cloud infrastructure and encrypted database controls to safeguard your account records.
4. Account & Data Deletion
Residents have the right to request the deletion of their personal accounts and records. If you wish to delete your NESTMAN account or modify your details, please contact your society Admin or reach out to us directly at ravisanthu0@gmail.com.
